Regrets I've had a few. When Frank sings those words in "My Way" I always chuckle. A few. . . A few - I've had so many regrets in 73 years that I've cerebrally categorized them by one dagger to the heart, two daggers, etc. Here's the thing about regret: they're only beneficial when you learn from them so the next time the situation arises, you handle it differently as opposed to repeat, regret, repeat again, more regret. Besides, why regret anything that took the trouble to happen

Reset the time machine to now and here's the difference: the absence of regrettable actions results in no regrets. Truly, holistically NO regrets. It's probably apparent that these regrets we've moved to extinction all involve little head decisions. How do we undo the things we regret? Can't. They all end up in the box with bored to tears times, frightened into panic times, heroic valiant times and those incidents when pants were pooped. Lid closed, eyes forward and where we once pictured how mortifying it felt as you performed coming out your ass we now look at Suckabee doing just that.

Well, that's that, Doc, maybe a little PTSD or runaway ruminating or a little exposure therapy? Good talk now excuse me while I kiss the sky.
